Free Mold Call & Scope Audit

We test-call your company, read your Google profile and call sources, and trace how a caller becomes a signed remediation job. 30-minute review call.

No contract, no pitch deck. You keep the audit either way.

The numbers we build around

A mold job is worth thousands. Most of the work is getting from the call to the contract.

These are the figures our system is built around. Client results are on the Results page, each linked to its original write-up.

$3K–$5K

Typical price of a moderate mold remediation job. Whole-house jobs can run $10,000 to $30,000 or more, so one extra signed job a month matters.

10 sq ft

The EPA says homeowners can often clean mold under about 10 square feet themselves. Your marketing has to reach the callers above that line.

2 roles

Some states, including Florida, Texas, New York and Louisiana, license mold assessors and remediators separately. Your funnel has to fit your state.

Definition

What is mold remediation marketing?

Mold remediation marketing is the work of getting homeowners and property managers with a mold problem to find your company, call you, and sign a remediation job. Done well, it is measured in inspections booked, contracts signed and jobs cleared, not in website traffic.

It differs from general restoration marketing in two ways. Mold buyers research more and compare bids, so proof and follow-up decide the job. And in some states the person who tests the home cannot be the company that removes the mold, so the path from call to contract has to fit the law where you work. Get either wrong and good leads go nowhere.

How it works

The Scope-to-Signed system

A mold job is not won when the phone rings. It is won when the homeowner signs a scope you can deliver and the job passes clearance. Our system follows the call the whole way.

  1. 1

    Found

Show up when a homeowner finds mold or gets a bad inspection: the map pack, search ads, and answers in AI search.

SEO · Google Business Profile · Google Ads
  2. 2

    Answered

Every call answered and sorted fast: real remediation work, testing requests, renters, and DIY questions.

    Call tracking · answer layer · text-back
  3. 3

    Scoped

An inspection, an assessor's protocol or your own scope, depending on your state's rules and how you work.

    Inspection booking · assessor referrals
  4. 4

    Signed

Fast, clear estimates and follow-up, so a homeowner comparing bids picks you.

    Estimate follow-up · proof pages
  5. 5

    Cleared

Jobs that pass clearance become reviews, before-and-after proof and referrals.

Reviews · clearance proof · referrals

Agencies that own your Google Business Profile or tracking numbers own your phone. We don't work that way.

FAQ

Straight answers, including price

How much does mold remediation marketing cost?

Every engagement is quoted in writing after your free audit, based on your service area, crews and the channels you need. Every plan is month-to-month, and ad spend is paid from your own Google accounts, so you always see what Google charged. See how pricing works.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Every plan is month-to-month. If you leave, you keep your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, tracking numbers and data.

How long until I see results?

Call tracking and answering changes show up in the first month. Search ads usually produce calls within weeks. Map-pack and organic gains typically take three to six months, depending on your market.

We only remediate and refer out testing. Can you work with that?

Yes. Many of our mold clients work that way. We build the funnel around assessor referrals and protocols instead of selling inspections you do not do.

Do you work with other mold companies in my area?

Founding clients get market exclusivity: while they stay, we take no other mold remediation company in their service area. For everyone else, we tell you on the audit call if we already work with a company near you. See the founding program.

What is the free audit, really?

We test-call your company during and after hours, review your Google Business Profile and call sources, and walk you through what we found on a 30-minute call. You keep the findings either way.
